Optical Shop of Westport is not in-network with VSP, but we promise the process is simple when applying for a reimbursement on prescription eyewear.

You can submit a reimbursement claim to VSP online or through the mail.

To submit by mail:

1. Go to VSP.com, click “Benefits & Claims” and log in.
2. Click “Start New Claim” – fill in the fields and follow the prompts.
3. Once completed, print the claim form.
4. Mail your completed claim form and itemized receipt from Optical Shop of Westport to:
   Vision Service Plan
   Attention: Claims Services
   P.O. Box 385018
   Birmingham, AL 35238-5018

To submit online:

1. Go to VSP.com, click “Benefits & Claims” and log in.
2. Click “Start New Claim” – fill in the fields and follow the prompts.
3. Upload your itemized receipt from Optical Shop of Westport and submit.

VSP asks to allow them up to 10 business days, also allowing mailing time, for them to process the reimbursement. Follow your claim status online by going to “Previous Doctor Visits” under Claims and Reimbursements.
